Add Property to correct location

When you add a property to the UML view that it adds it to the top of the class instead of at the bottom.  This will make it so you don't have to cut and paste it from the bottom of the code to the top.  When you are making mass edits (or syncs) to code in the UML view you won't have to worry about hunting through all your code to add props to the top of the class.
